About Me

I’m a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and mum of two little beautiful and lively ones. One thing I have learnt in life, is through any pivotal life changing event, being surrounding by those that just get it is crucial. When our babies were born, I valued connecting with other mums in the early postpartum phase immensely and saw the need for something more in Dunedin.

While other places had incredible mums’ networks, Dunedin felt like it was limited in this space. I kept looking for it, but eventually realised the solution was already in me. Inspired by the mantra “if you want something done, do it yourself,” I launched Mum & Co.

My mission? To be Dunedin’s go-to hub for community and support in motherhood. To host events and mum groups for ALL stages of motherhood — from pregnancy, to postpartum and beyond. Offerings that go beyond the small talk. Thoughtfully designed to help you build genuine friendships, feel supported and find your confidence in the chaos.
