Movement & Motherhood

Because motherhood deserves more than just a workout.

Our Movement Series in collaboration with Barre Base is a unique 5-week program that blends postpartum-friendly pilates with meaningful connection and support—designed for mums, by mums.

Each session begins with 45 minutes of mindful movement tailored to your postpartum body. Whether you’re newly postpartum, baby-wearing or simply needing gentle reconditioning, our experienced instructor will offer modifications to meet you where you’re at.

After class, we slow things down with connection time over a hot drink from our friends at Vanguard Coffee (on us!)—a space to chat, create friendships and feel truly seen.

You’ll also have access to Nicole, Mum & Co. founder and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, throughout the series. Nicole will be there to help you get the most out of your work out and help with your little ones if needed.

To make things easier:

  • A play space with age-appropriate toys will be set up

  • Baby changing facilities are available (including spare wipes incase you forget to restock the nappy bag — been there, done that!)

  • All equipment provided, though feel free to bring your own yoga mat and/or a blanket or a baby bouncer to have your baby close to you.

We understand that in the early postpartum days, some mornings feel like a win and others feel a little wobbly. You are welcome exactly as you are. No pressure. No judgment. Just real support and community.
